Natural Flower Design – The Knock Out Rose Video
It was a gorgeous weather day just north of Atlanta and I decided to try out my new “toy” – a video flip cam. Because I had so much fun with the new cam, I wanted to share with you some of the recorded footage located at the bottom of this post.
We have this magnificent blossoming rose bush growing here called the Knockout Rose – perfect for natural flower design. It is very fragrant and makes the air smell so fresh when there is a slight breeze. Cutting some stems from the bush and arranging them into a vase provides an easy way for natural flower design in your home.
The Knock Out Rose bush is a perfect specimen for natural flower design around your home, garden or yard. It flourishes in the southeastern United States. The blossoms are plentiful and hot pink in color. The blossoms contrast the deep green foliage perfectly, and like most rose bushes there are plenty of thorns.
I really enjoy seeing this rose bush thrive as it brings bright color for the entire late spring through fall seasons. This particular bush is at it maximum height of about 5-6 feet tall. The Knockout Rose Bush is hardy, disease resistant, and has natural insect repellent properties which provides for a great border or hedge plant. This plant can be pruned and trimmed to keep the size smaller, however I prefer to let it grow naturally as it is just so very pretty.
I have other rose bushes growing as well, however this one provides the most enjoyment as it is always in blossom for the entire growing season and the best part is it requires no maintenance! If you want a plant that provides constant color all season long and is perfect for natural flower design, then the Knock Out Rose is for you. Enjoy the brief video below of my Knock Out Rose bush!
